Brian Armstrong joined MehaffyWeber, P.C. as an associate in 2003 and became a shareholder in 2010 in the firm's Beaumont and Houston offices. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1999 and received his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 2003. Brian was recently licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. His practice focuses primarily on patent infringement cases and toxic tort litigation. Brian graduated from the The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors Degree in Biology in 1999 and received his Juris Doctorate from Baylor University School of Law in 2003.Memberships and Honors
While at Baylor, he was the recipient of the Dean's Academic Achievement Scholarship and the William R. Trail, Civil Procedure Award, among several other awards and scholarships. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Intellectual Property Law Association, and Licensing Executives Society, Houston Intellectual Property Law Association, Michelle Mehaffy Inns of Court, Jefferson County Bar Association, Jefferson County Young Lawyers and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel.
Brian was recognized by Law & Politics as a "2009 Texas Rising Star."
