Charles Long has represented clients for over 30 years in business litigation and business bankruptcy, with exposure to a wide variety of business issues pertaining to various industries, including energy, real estate, construction, manufacturing and retail. He has handled matters in every federal district in Texas and in numerous states throughout the country. Charles has also argued numerous appeals of federal and state court proceedings. He is Board Certified in Business and Consumer Bankruptcy by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Education
Charles graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, with honors, with a Bachelor of Arts in 1975. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston in 1978. He also received trial training from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.

Charles is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Bankruptcy Institute, the Bankruptcy section of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. He has been recognized as a "Texas Super Lawyer®" by Law & Politics in Texas Monthly magazine since 2004 and Super Lawyers Business Edition in Bankruptcy and Creditor/Debtor Rights since 2008.
