Christal Delgado joined MehaffyWeber's Houston office in 2009 as an associate and she practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial litigation. As a bankruptcy attorney, Christal has represented trustees, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, and parties to preference actions. Her commercial litigation practice extends to numerous areas of law including fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, DTPA violations, and professional malpractice.

While at Texas Tech University School of Law, Christal was a staff writer and articles editor for the Texas Tech Law Review and a staff writer for the Texas Bank Lawyer.
