Profile

Dave Red serves of counsel to the firm in both the Houston and the Beaumont offices.  He specializes in complex litigation matters with an emphasis in toxic tort, products liability, commercial and personal injury cases.  Dave has assisted in the defense of cases with alleged damages in the tens of millions of dollars.

Areas of Concentration

Toxic Tort, premises and products liability, insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage, HOA representation and land title examination.

Education

David graduated from Baylor University with a B.A. in History and English. He served on the Honor Counsel and chaired the University’s Electoral Commission. He graduated from the Baylor University School of Law, where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta.

Successfully obtained summary judgments on product liability claims for some of America's largest corporations.
