Eric AdamsHouston |
Eric Adams joined MehaffyWeber in 2001 and became a shareholder in 2007. Over the past seven years, his practice has focused mainly on commercial and intellectual property litigation in a variety of industries including energy, chemical, and manufacturing. Eric has handled cases in both state and federal courts, and he has represented plaintiffs and defendants as well as third-parties. The fee agreements in these cases have been hourly rate, hybrid, and full contingent agreements; thus, he is familiar with the economic considerations for hybrid and contingent agreements, and he is comfortable working with clients on alternative fee arrangements. Over the past several years, Eric has also begun handling appeals in both state and federal courts. In 2010, he was licensed to practice in Louisiana.
