Frank A. Domino joined MehaffyWeber, P.C. as an associate in 2004 in the firm's Beaumont and Houston offices. After graduating from South Texas College of Law, Frank served as briefing attorney to the Honorable Adele Hedges, Court of Appeals, First District of Texas, and the Honorable Jane Bland, Court of Appeals, First District of Texas (2003-2004).

Mr. Domino graduated cum laude from Lamar University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science in 1997, and graduated magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law in December of 2002.
Activities
While at South Texas College of Law, Frank was a member of the Law Review, the Dean's Honor List, Phi Delta Phi, and the Order of the Lytae. He also served as law clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth Ray, Judge of the 165th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas.
At Lamar University Frank worked in the University's freshman orientation program, served terms as president and treasurer of Kappa Sigma Fraternity, and also served as the president of Lamar University's Inter-Fraternity Council.
Memberships and Honors
Frank is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Defense Research Institute, the Jefferson County Bar Association, the Jefferson County Young Lawyer's Association, and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel. He is an Eagle Scout, and served on the school board of St. Anthony's Cathedral School and the Lamar University Alumni Advisory Board. He is currently a board member of the Family Resource Center of Southeast Texas.
He has been named a "Texas Rising Star" by Law & Politics and published in Texas Monthly magazine since 2007.
