M.C. Carrington inducted into American College of Trial Lawyers

M.C. Carrington, a shareholder with the firm of MehaffyWeber has been inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers. The American College of Trial Lawyers is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada and is widely considered to be the premier professional trial organization in America. Fellowship is extended only by invitation, after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility, collegiality and must have been actively engaged in trial work as their principal activity for a minimum of 15 years.

M. C. earned his doctor of jurisprudence from Texas Tech School of Law and has been with the firm since his graduation in 1982. He is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law.  He is a member of the Board of Texas Tech School of Law and a member of the IADC.  His trial work is concentrated on the defense of toxic tort litigation, products liability, premises liability, premises security, commercial litigation and employment discrimination.
