NEW SHAREHOLDERS NAMED FOR 2007
The firm's newest shareholders have been named. They are: William Little in the firm's Beaumont office; and Eric Adams, Darah Eckert, and Jeremy Stone in the firm's Houston office.
William C. Little joined MehaffyWeber in 2000 as a litigation attorney in the firm's Beaumont office. Bill has experience handling complex cases in the areas of products liability, commercial, insurance, premises liability, medical malpractice, Dram Shop, DTPA, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, arbitration, mediation and appellate law.
Eric Adams joined MehaffyWeber in 2001 and became a shareholder in 2007. In recent years, he has focused on intellectual property matters while still active in commercial litigation. Eric is licensed to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. His clients vary from national companies to individuals, and he has handled cases in both state and federal courts in Texas and across the country.
Darah Eckert joined MehaffyWeber in 2002 and was recently named a shareholder with the firm. Darah has practiced in a wide range of civil litigation, but primarily she has defended products liability, premise liability, and personal injury suits with a concentration in toxic tort litigation and general civil litigation.
Jeremy Stone focuses on litigation, primarily in the areas of commercial and bankruptcy litigation. Since joining MehaffyWeber in 2002, he has represented both companies and individuals in a wide range of matters, including securities fraud, banking, breach of contract, and accounting and legal malpractice. He has also represented trustees and creditors in various litigation matters related to bankruptcies. Prior to joining MehaffyWeber, Jeremy worked on contract and warranty issues for Continental Airlines and practiced admiralty and aviation litigation with Stepp & Sullivan, P.C.
