Elizabeth B. Pratt has been listed in the Super Lawyer, Corporate Counsel Edition in Labor and Employment Law for 2008. She is a shareholder in the firm of MehaffyWeber and practices from both of the firm's offices. Elizabeth has been Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1997. She leads the firm's employment law group and has for almost 20 years represented management interests in state and federal court litigation throughout Texas in a broad range of employment-related disputes, including those centered on alleged violations of Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA and state law statutory claims, including a variety of retaliation theories and a wide range of common law claims. She has also represented business interests in contested proceedings before multiple agencies. She represented litigants in 16 published court opinions. Elizabeth regularly conducts employee training and counsels businesses on proactive management of developing problems.
