Frank A. Domino joined MehaffyWeber, P.C. as an associate in 2004 in the firm's Beaumont and Houston offices.  After graduating, magna cum laude, from South Texas College of Law, Frank served as briefing attorney to the Honorable Adele Hedges, Court of Appeals, First Supreme Judicial District of Texas, and the Honorable Jane Bland, Court of Appeals, First Supreme Judicial District of Texas (2003-2004).  Frank's practice areas include the defense of toxic tort, chemical exposure, environmental litigation, mass tort cases, as well as commercial litigation.

Matt Marchak joined MehaffyWeber, P.C. as an associate in 2002 in the firm's Beaumont office.  He received a Doctorate Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law, summa cum laude, in 2002, and was the recipient of the Valedictorian Award.  Prior to his employment with MehaffyWeber, he was a senior claim representative for Allstate Insurance Company for seven years.  His primary practice areas include corporate, real estate, probate, and commercial litigation.  Matt also practices in the areas of premises liability, insurance defense, products liability and commercial litigation.
