Elizabeth B. Pratt, a shareholder with MehaffyWeber since 1994, represents and advises employers with respect to a broad range of labor and employment issues.  She is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  She is frequently retained by employers of all sizes to represent their interests in litigation and other contested proceedings.  She has represented employers in hundreds of cases and has handled over 50 appeals.  Ms. Pratt is a frequent speaker on a broad range of employment law topics and devotes a substantial part of her legal practice to counseling management regarding discipline, handling personnel disputes, conducting investigations, policy issues, and employee compensation and benefits.
