Fortune Magazine Names MehaffyWeber a "Top Ranked Law Firm"

MehaffyWeber was recently named as one of the Top Ranked Law Firms in the United States by Fortune Magazine. Less than one-half of one percent of firms across the nation were selected for this honor. The Fortune list was compiled from data provided by Martindale-Hubbell. This is the first time in Martindale-Hubbell's 140-year history that it has issued a law firm ranking. The 2012 Top Ranked Law Firms™ list appeared in the Investor's Guide 2012 edition, as well as on CNNMoney.com, Martindale.com, and Law.com.

Over one million lawyers and a quarter of a million law firms in the LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell's registry were reviewed to prepare the 2012 Fortune Investors' Guide ranking. Martindale Hubbell selected U.S. law firms of 21 or more attorneys, where at least one third of their lawyers achieved the highest "AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating." An "AV Peer Review Rating" demonstrates that a lawyer's peers consider her or him at the highest level of professional excellence.
