Jesse F. Beck is an associate at MehaffyWeber supporting the firm’s litigation practice. He focuses his practice on all areas of commercial litigation representing clients in and out of court. The strong depth of experience of the legal team at MehaffyWeber had special appeal to Jesse to join the firm and start his legal career.
While in law school at Texas Tech University School of Law, Jesse was Executive Symposium Editor of the Estate Planning and Community Property Law Journal and also President of the Estate Planning Law Society. With a penchant for competition, he was involved in several Moot Court competitions where he received several awards and honors. In 2013, Jesse received Best Oralist & Tournament Champion at the Mack Kidd Administrative Law Moot Court Competition. Also, in 2014, he was a Quarterfinalist at the Leroy R. Hassell, Sr. National Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition. While at Texas Tech School of Law, Jesse worked as a clerk for the US Attorney’s Office and also gained valuable experience in the litigation section at the law firm Field, Manning, Stone, Hawthorne & Aycock.
