David Gaultney

Formerly a Justice on the Ninth Court of Appeals, David Gaultney serves in an of counsel role in the firm’s Austin office. The Governor of Texas appointed Mr. Gaultney to serve as Justice to the Supreme Court of Texas on two cases. He served on the Supreme Court Advisory Committee for eleven years and on the State Commission on Judicial Conduct for two years. David is board certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
