Michelle McPherson joined MehaffyWeber in 2006 as an attorney after her graduation from South Texas College of Law. Michelle has practiced in a wide range of civil litigation, but primarily defends products liability, premise liability, and personal injury suits, with a concentration in toxic tort litigation and general civil litigation. She also focuses her practice on family law. Michelle is an Adjunct Professor at Lamar State College-Port Arthur for the Paralegal Program from 2006-present, where she has taught Intro to Paralegalism, Business Law, Torts, Advanced Legal Document Production, Interviewing & Investigation, Criminal Law, Family Law, and Civil Litigation. Michelle is licensed to practice law in Texas.
