Roger McCabe is a shareholder at MehaffyWeber where he has practiced since 1973 following four years of active duty as an officer in the United States Navy JAG Corps. His practice area includes family law and he is also a Certified Parenting Facilitator and mediator. Other practice areas include personal injury, product liability, and business litigation where he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, petitioners or respondents, as lead counsel in more than 100 civil cases tried to a jury verdict. Roger is a 1966 graduate of Marquette University and a 1969 graduate of the University of Iowa. Roger was Board Certified by the Texas State Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law from 1978-2015. He is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA,) and active Rotarian having served as the Club’s President in 2001-2002 and Rotary District 5910 Governor in 2008-2009.
