Frank Avery is a partner at the San Antonio-based defense litigation firm of MehaffyWeber. He has over 31 years of extensive experience trying lawsuits in the practice areas of personal injury, construction defects, consumer law and employment law. He has represented clients throughout Texas in all phases of complex civil litigation cases and has made it his staple to protect the rights of those he represents.
Frank received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1981. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas in 1985. Before becoming a partner at MehaffyWeber, Frank was a partner at O’Connell & Avery, LLP.
