Kyle Weynand works with individuals, businesses and corporations on a variety of commercial, construction and employment litigation. His practice primarily involves handling complex issues in the energy and commercial construction industries including matters and disputes relating to breach of contract, breach of warranty, liens, indemnity, payment and performance bonds, delay and diruption claims, construction defects, and products liability. Kyle has also advised clients on their obligations under various master service agreements, purchase orders, subcontractor agreements and master release orders as well as indemnity claims.
Additionally, he litigates and advises on employment issues, trade secret matters, non-competition and confidentiality agreements.
Kyle has managed all aspects of complex litigation, depositions, motion practice and alternative dispute resolution. He has participated in several trials and handled construction defect and products liability arbitrations including several appeals.
