Mr. Hamm helps his clients achieve their goals through structured negotiation and, if necessary, litigation. During his career, Blake has developed extensive experience in breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, fraudulent transfer, lien foreclosure, oil & gas, partnership liability, personal injury, construction litigation, transportation, and bankruptcy avoidance action cases.
Blake graduated from Texas A&M University in 1994, after which he served as an officer in the Second Armored Cavalry Regiment and deployed on peacekeeping missions to Haiti and Bosnia. After separating from active duty, Blake served as a patrol officer in the Lubbock and Midland police departments. In 2003, his U.S. Army reserve unit deployed to Iraq in support of the 101st Airborne Division during Operation Iraqi Freedom (“OIF”). On return from OIF, Blake taught middle school special education classes for the Midland Independent School District before graduating cum laude from South Texas College of Law in 2009.
