Bruce Feichtinger is an experienced trial lawyer, and has over 35 jury trials to verdict as first chair counsel in multiple counties throughout Texas as well as in Washington, Connecticut, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Montana and New Hampshire (admitted pro hac vice for states other than Texas). He has over 10 bench trials as first chair counsel in Texas and other states, including Missouri, Virginia, and Alabama (admitted pro hac vice for states other than Texas)
Bruce practiced with Whittington von Sternberg (formerly Whittington, Pfeiffer & Vacek) in Houston for 30 years prior to joining MehaffyWeber, where he handled a wide variety of litigation matters including premises liability claims, personal injury and property damage claims, construction litigation, transportation litigation, automobile liability claims, workers compensation non-subscriber claims, commercial disputes, first party insurance claims, claims against blasting companies for property damage and personal injury, claims for defamation and product liability claims. He has considerable experience conducting fraud investigations, including examination under oath and provided coverage opinions on insurance related issues.
