David Gaultney has served clients in a wide variety of cases. He is a former Justice on the Ninth Court of Appeals, and his depth of expertise is an invaluable asset to his clients.

Mr. Gaultney obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas Law School and his Master of Laws from the University of Houston Law Center. Throughout his extensive career, he has handled many complex cases and obtained numerous successful outcomes. During his service on the Ninth Court of Appeals, he was appointed by the Governor of Texas to serve as a Justice on the Supreme Court of Texas in two cases, assigned by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to serve on the Third Court of Appeals in one case, and served on the Supreme Court Advisory Committee for eleven years and on the State Commission on Judicial Conduct for two years. Mr. Gaultney is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
