Diana Shelby’s practice has a primary focus on insurance coverage, insurance defense, and bad faith litigation. She has represented clients in state and federal courts in a wide variety of insurance related cases arising from personal injury, products liability and construction defect, as well as those involving first party insurance claims.
Ms. Shelby graduated Cum Laude from Rice University before attending the University of Texas School of Law. During law school she participated on the moot court team and won the Spring Hildebrand Moot Court Competition. Upon graduating law school, Ms. Shelby began representing litigants in all aspects of the pre-trial, trial, and appellate process in diverse civil litigation cases, including those concerning claims of negligence, personal injury, premises liability, defamation, advertising injury, and professional liability.
