Elaine Fung joined MehaffyWeber as an associate attorney in 2025, specializing in insurance defense and personal injury defense. She is a native Houstonian and is fluent in spoken Cantonese in addition to English.
Elaine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Plan II from the University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. from Baylor Law School. During law school, Elaine honed her advocacy skills through Baylor’s trial program and was a member of the Baylor Barrister Society. Her experiences in law school have built a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and case analysis.
