Emily A. Gearhart focuses her practice on defending clients against claims for personal injury, premises liability, breach of contract, fraud, premises liability, and wrongful death/survival. Emily has over a decade of experience in commercial litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court. Emily is also an appellate attorney and has filed a variety of appellate briefs—on behalf of both appellants and appellees—in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and Courts of Appeals throughout Texas. After law school, Emily served as law clerk to Magistrate Judge Scott Hacker in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Laredo Division.
