A native of San Antonio, Texas, Gabriel attended Abilene Christian University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Gabriel attended St. Mary’s University School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2019. During law school, Gabriel was a member of the St. Mary’s Law Journal as a Staff Writer his 2L year, wrote a Comment that was selected for publication, and served on the Journal Board as a Comment Editor during his 3L year. Gabriel also spent his 2L year as a member of the St. Mary’s Mock Trial team and as a law clerk for an arbitration judge. As a member of the San Antonio legal community, Gabriel enjoyed participation and membership in many different student and local legal organizations including The William S. Sessions American Inn of Court, the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association (SAYLA), and Hispanic Law Students Association. His professional interests include data protection and cybersecurity law.
In his personal time, Gabriel enjoys reading, stand-up comedy, chess, live music, and watching Formula One and the San Antonio Spurs.
