Holly Hamm Attorney

Holly Hamm is an experienced attorney in the various facets of commercial creditors’ rights, from perfecting a client’s lien rights, to enforcement of those rights in litigation and/or business reorganization and bankruptcy. Holly conducts basic title searches and reviews property records relating to ownership of interests and lien priority issues. Ms. Hamm’s litigation experience extends to prosecution and defense of contract and tort claims both in connection with creditor’s rights and separately.  Additionally, she has experience defending preference claims in bankruptcy.

Holly has experience representing similarly situated creditors in various bankruptcy cases.  She prepares and files proofs of claim and represents clients to maximize their recovery in the bankruptcy process.

Holly also assists her clients in various business transactions, to include negotiating and drafting master agreements, asset purchase agreements, lease agreements, and loan documents.  In this role, she also prepares business formation documents.

During her legal career, Holly has represented various companies, including but not limited to, both major and smaller oil and gas service companies in the energy industry.

Prior to legal career, Holly as a teacher in DeRidder, Louisiana and later her high school alma matter in Midland, Texas, teaching English, U.S. and World History, and U.S. Government.
