James G. Martingano represents sophisticated clients involved in complex litigation where results matter. He has been practicing law for over 25 years with a focus on civil litigation including arbitration. He currently spends a majority of his time defending catastrophic injury and loss claims for Fortune 500 clients. He also handles toxic tort cases, specifically the defense of premises and product exposure claims to a variety of allegedly carcinogenic industrial products and chemicals including benzene, butadiene, vinyl chloride, silica, manganese (welding rods), and asbestos.
Mr. Martingano has experience with other types of litigation, including product liability cases involving wrongful death and personal injury. Mr. Martingano has represented clients in environmental nuisance claims as well as mass tort litigation, including medical devices and pharmaceutical litigation.
