Jessica Collins Windfont

Jessica Collins Windfont is a shareholder at MehaffyWeber in the firm’s insurance defense practice group with a concentration in products liability defense. She joined the firm in 2018 and continues to be an invaluable asset to her clients.

Ms. Windfont’s commitment to the legal profession began in college, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a minor in Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin. The topic of her thesis was “Exploring the Criminal Justice System: What Are Other Methods to Reduce Recidivism?” In law school, Ms. Windfont served as a staff writer for The Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Race and Social Justice and competed in the Linda and David Schlueter 2012 First Year Moot Court Competition, where she was an Octa-Finalist. She attended St. Mary’s Institute on World Legal Problems at the University of Innsbruck in Austria in 2013, which included United States Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas as a Distinguished Visiting Jurist.
