Born in Fort Hood, Texas in 1961, Karen L. Spivey is an experienced and distinguished legal jurist. She obtained her undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Houston and went on to graduate from the University of Houston Law Center in 1986. Ms. Spivey is one of only a select few Texas lawyers to achieve the designation of being Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1993.
