Keith W. Foley has been with Mehaffy Weber for thirty years. He focuses his practice on toxic tort litigation, products liability defense, and insurance defense cases.
Mr. Foley received his M.B.A. at the University of Texas at San Antonio before attending the University of Houston Law Center. He graduated with honors and started working at MehaffyWeber, becoming a shareholder in 1996. Throughout his extensive career, he has managed a statewide toxic tort docket for two Fortune 500 companies, defended numerous other toxic tort claims and successfully handled many products liability cases.
Mr. Foley is known in the legal community for his expert handling of exposure claims related to industrial products and chemicals such as benzene, silica, and asbestos. He also has extensive experience handling Deceptive Trade Practices Act claims. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America since 2018 and the Texas Super Lawyers by Thomson Reuters List (2008-2018, 2020-2023).
