Kyle E. Ludovice is an associate attorney with MehaffyWeber with a strong foundation in civil litigation and defense representation. His practice includes defending clients in complex matters involving transportation and trucking defense, construction defect claims, premises liability, wrongful death claims, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, first-party property disputes, dram shop liability, and commercial contract and business disputes.
Kyle earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law, where he served as President of the Federalist Society student chapter, demonstrating leadership and engagement within the legal community. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Texas.
Prior to joining MehaffyWeber, Kyle honed his litigation skills and legal knowledge across a range of civil defense matters. He has successfully obtained favorable results for clients, securing a summary judgment dismissal for a trucking client when service was not timely effectuated.
He is an active member of the State Bar of Texas Insurance Section and The Federalist Society. Kyle is also proud to be an Eagle Scout, a distinction demonstrating leadership, integrity, and a lifelong commitment to service.
