Mark M. Appling joined MehaffyWeber in 2020 after working in the legal field for over seven years at some of the region’s most prestigious civil litigation firms. His practice focuses on civil litigation in state and federal court, as well as in agency investigations and administrative disputes, in the areas of environmental, construction, personal injury, oil and gas, maritime/inland transportation, commercial litigation, and insurance defense matters.
Mark graduated from the University of Texas in Austin before earning his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the State of Texas, as well as the Southern, Western, and Eastern U.S. District Courts of Texas. Mark is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Exes Alumni Association, and the Defense Research Institute (DRI).
