Michael Magee is a defense trial lawyer who has tried over 80 cases to verdict in state and federal courts. He represents a wide variety of clients, including oil and gas companies, property owners, road contractors, and trucking companies. Mr. Magee’s practice primarily focuses on personal injury litigation.
Mr. Magee received his B.B.A from the University of Texas at Austin before attending the South Texas College of Law. Over his extensive career, he has obtained a reputation for creative solutions and aggressive representation. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been recognized for his legal work by Best Lawyers® (2014-2024), Super Lawyers by Thompson Reuters (2010-2023), and Martindale-Hubbell®(2023).
Mr. Magee is a lifetime volunteer of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. He is also a member of Lakeside Country Club, where he previously served as President.
