Vicki O’Kelley Craft joined MehaffyWeber in 2022 as a Shareholder with 35 years of experience as an insurance defense attorney. She has handled a wide variety of personal injury, property damage claims, and first party insurance claims and tried over 20 jury trials to verdict as first chair counsel in various Texas counties. She also conducted over 500 examinations under oath in possible fraud investigations and drafted coverage opinions on insurance fraud issues while working at Whittington • von Sternberg (formerly Whittington, Pfeiffer & Vacek) from 1987 as an associate then as a partner in 1992. Prior to that, Vicki was with the Galveston District Attorney’s office from 1984 to 1987 handling both felony and misdemeanor jury trials.
Vicki graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia before obtaining her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. She is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and licensed in all state courts. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas Litigation Section.
