Gustavy Niemtschik joined MehaffyWeber as an associate attorney in 2023 with a focus on personal injury defense and commercial litigation. Gustavy graduated in just three years from the University of Houston in 2019 before earning his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 2022. He served as the president of the Tax and Estate Planning Association and was a co-director of the VITA tax clinic. Gustavy has a variety of experience including Oil and Gas litigation, Defense Base Act litigation, and Personal Injury Litigation.
Gustavy was born in Venezuela and raised in Katy, Texas. He attended Cinco Ranch High School and graduated in 2016. Outside of work, Gustavy is an avid motorsports enthusiast and the family “car guy.”
