Sydney Stuart has been practicing law for over three decades, with extensive in-house and general counsel experience in both insurance and health law. She has first-chair litigated over 40 jury trials to verdict, and is a credentialed and experienced mediator. Sydney has additional experience in the areas of public relations and legislative affairs, regulation, operations, business risk, government programs and procurement, contract development, compliance, and provider relations.
Sydney received her undergraduate degree from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg, Virginia, and her law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas. She has been awarded for her work with victims of domestic violence and serves on the Board of Directors for Oasis. She is licensed in both Texas and Louisiana.
She is devoted to her husband, Ted, and two children, Harlin and Campbell, and visits them whenever possible in San Antonio and New York. Sydney enjoys guitar, piano, lake life, snow skiing, hiking, travel and performing arts.
