Taylor Christopher Toups joined MehaffyWeber as an associate attorney in 2023, focusing his practice on personal injury defense. Taylor graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2020 with a major in Economics and a minor in Business before earning his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2023. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. Throughout his law school career, Taylor worked as a law clerk for various personal injury law firms. He served as Head Senior Articles Editor for the Houston Journal of Health Law & Policy and made the Dean’s List multiple times.
Taylor was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas and attended Monsignor Kelly Catholic High School, graduating in 2016. Away from work, Taylor enjoys playing golf and watching sports. He is an avid supporter of the Houston Astros, Dallas Cowboys, and Texas Longhorns.
